This equipment is mainly used for washing different specifications of IBC bins and containers. All processes including bin in and out, continuous washing, purging, drying and cooling can be achieved in one washing station. It is widely used in pharmaceutical, foodstuff and chemical industries.
When operating, IBC bin is put onto automatic conveying track with a forklift. After selecting washing parameters, washing door is opened and IBC bin is transferred into washing cabinet automatically when control system receiving photoelectric signal. When automatic washing including tap water high pressure washing and purified water rinsing is finished, drying door is opened and the washed bin is transferred into drying cabinet automatically. In drying cabinet, water drops on bin surfaces are blew away by the high pressure purging system (Patent Pending) first and then the bin is dried with hot air system. After drying, cooling door
is opened and the dry bin is transferred into the cooling cabinet. When cooling is finished, clean bin after washing, blowing, drying and cooling processes is transferred into a clean storage room for next production usage. Many experiments prove that with high pressure purging system, drying efficiency is increased, drying time is shortened and energy consumption is reduced.
