Automatic case erector CES-10

Vertical Case Erector is used to open cases of different specifications. It store cases vertically and can add cardboard at any time without stopping machine; It can work independently or connect with automatic packaging line. This machine is of reasonable design to simultaneously draw in shape with the back and the end of a complete synchronization; This machine is lightweight and of precise and durable mechanical performances, it has no vibration, stable operation and high efficiency; This machine is equipped with transparent perspex guard and it stops automatically to avoid unexpected accidents if the guard is open. Working Principle 1. Put the case on the rack by people 2. Sucking cup will pull the single case and erect it, close both small and big flaps on the bottom 3. Pusher driven by air cylinder will push the case to next phase, during which big flap is closed 4. When going to up and down holding conveyor, carton bottom is sealed and stand up when exporting. Features This machine can open cases of the same size at the same time. If need to change the carton spécification, you can adjust manually within 1 ~2 minutes.
