The machine is mainly used in the food, medicine, soap and cosmetics packing etc. It is designed with hot glue sealing or tucker type sealing systems. Chinese/English touch screen is easy to operate and do the parameters setting. PLC is used for accurate control, fast response, and high reliability. Hot glue temperature is auto controlled for easy adjustments. Working Principle Upstream products go into the machine, and then go through the carton suction, open, product feed in, hot gluing, closing, code mechanical printing and output as finished product for case packing. Features This equipment can carton many products with different sizes and its cartooning is tidy and clean, no wrinkle. Disc feeder synchronizes with main machine through mechanical drive Chain and a specially designed gear-box. The disc installs 8 work section nylon troughs, to contain the products and rotate 90 degrees and push into the cell. 4 station soap suction mechanism run with a gear splitter driven by an independent motor drive, and keep in the same pace with the main machine via a transducer. Suction cup is made of silica gel and won' t scratch soap body when sucking. Dual position limiting chain clutch mechanism, 4 chains altogether, to ensure cartons are position-limited in 4 points altogether in 2+2 style. Not only ensure précisé verticality of carton direction, but also ensure that there is no loosening and deformation occurred during running. More-over, this structure is very suitable for different carton size adjustment.
