Presentation
The Neoditech mobile jib is a self-supporting, relocatable lifting device designed for ergonomic handling of medium-weight loads. It enables lifting and guiding loads from 70 to 100 kg without floor anchoring, external power supply or compressed air network. Designed and manufactured in France, it complies with Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and is CE marked.

Operating principle
The mobile jib consists of a pivoting arm mounted on a movable base. It fully compensates the weight of the load so the operator guides the movement without carrying it. The arm rotates freely over 350° and covers a standard working radius of 2.0 m. Lift height is continuously adjustable between 2.5 and 3.8 m. The base can be foot-mounted (occasional repositioning) or fitted with an electric wheel (frequent mobility).

Main advantages
Operational immediately without civil works or drilling, mobility between workstations, reduced physical strain and prevention of MSDs, no cables or hoses on the floor (no electrical or pneumatic supply required in standard), quick commissioning.

Models available

• Potence Mobile 70: nominal capacity 70 kg (standard radius 2 m, height adjustable 2.5–3.8 m).
• Potence Mobile 100: nominal capacity 100 kg (standard radius 2 m, height adjustable 2.5–3.8 m).

Extended arm option
Optional extended arm increases the working radius to 2.7 m. In this configuration the working load limit is adjusted:

• Potence Mobile 70 (extended arm): WLL 50 kg.
• Potence Mobile 100 (extended arm): WLL 70 kg.

Base and mobility
Self-supporting foot base for repositioning or base with electric wheel for frequent movements. No floor fixing required; installation without civil works and without long workstation downtime.

Compatibility with end-effectors
The mobile jib is compatible with several interchangeable gripping tools to suit various industrial applications:

• Hook: classic lifting with slings or shackles.
• Vacuum beam: handling flat surfaces (plates, glass, sheets).
• Lifting tube: quick repetitive handling of cartons, bags, drums.
• Expansion gripper: gripping coils, rolls, cylindrical drums.
• Bag vacuum: specially for bags in food/chemical industries.
• Custom end-effector: developed by the engineering office for specific geometries.

Safety and MSD prevention
The mobile jib compensates load weight: the operator guides the movement instead of carrying it. Solution designed to reduce the risk of musculoskeletal disorders and to improve productivity and comfort at the workstation.
