Description

NEMO® progressing cavity pumps in the FSIP® (Full Service in Place) design allow you to save up to 66 percent on servicing time. Available in three variants, these pumps are versatile and can be utilized across all industrial sectors where a variety of media need to be conveyed with low pulsation, unaffected by pressure and viscosity fluctuations, or require precise dosing. The FSIP® concept is particularly advantageous for applications where pumps are subjected to high wear and require frequent maintenance and servicing. By reducing the installer's workload, eliminating unnecessary steps, and shortening maintenance time, significant savings in capacity and costs can be achieved. For example, up to 66 percent of working time can be saved when changing the stator. The FSIP® pump is designed so that the housing itself serves as support and orientation during assembly. This special design ensures that each component automatically fits into its designated place without the need for further adjustments. As a result, changing all wear parts takes less than half the time previously required.
