Description

Solution for Mixing and Conveying in Biogas Technology and Environmental Technology The NEMO® B.Max in block design with directly flanged drive from NETZSCH sets new standards in biogas and environmental technology by achieving maximum mixing and conveyance of media. This innovation is the result of continuous development of the NEMO® progressing cavity pump, equipped with a feed hopper and feeding screw. With its pump housing featuring a large, rectangular feed hopper and a removable, conically shaped stuffing chamber, along with a coupling rod fitted with a patented, position-optimized conveying screw, the progressing cavity pump ensures optimal product feed into the conveying elements regardless of pressure and viscosity. The position-optimized tangential inlet on the hopper housing enhances the mixing of substrates to the maximum. The B.Max is especially suitable for the continuous and low-pulsation conveying of fermented renewable raw materials, liquid manure, process water, ground biowaste, food waste, pre-processed slaughterhouse waste, co-substrates, thickened substrates, and slop.
