Description

The powerful SPECTRUM is designed for continuous grinding processes with high throughput rates. Thanks to its modular design, the grinder can be configured with up to three grinding passages. The integrated compactor as fourth stage ensures a homogeneous bulk density. The precise roller guidance provides a constant and reproducible fineness of grind. Electro-pneumatic quick-acting disengagement of the rollers protects the mechanic components from damage in the event of unintentional passage of foreign bodies. The entire grinder including all peripheral components (water distributor, pneumatics, etc.) is completely enclosed. All lining elements can be removed quickly and easily, operating elements are accessible through sliding windows to protect them from dust. The grinder can be operated on site as well as controlled from the central control room. Technical features: - Multi-stage, gradual grinding - Modular design - Roller drive without shearing forces due to constant velocity drive shafts - Frequency controlled feeder - Powerful compactor for crushing of chaff and modification of the bulk density Options: - Magnetic separator - Motor-driven grinding gap adjustment - Roller tempering / cooling - Monitoring sensors - Product temperature measurement - Central bearing lubrication - Continuous compactor adjustment via servomotor
