The older designs of Nex Flow™ Air Nozzles are quite efficient at converting pressure to flow. In fact, as flow amplifiers, they are actually better for “cooling” as they have less force/CFM, but more flow/CFM than more engineered nozzles like the Nex Flow™ Air Mag™ series. The Air Mag™ series of nozzles utilize some patented features to create the highest force/CFM of any air nozzle we know of. All Nex Flow Air Nozzles meet OSHA standard CFR 1910.242(b) for dead end pressure and noise levels are dramatically lower in addition to having lower energy use.
