iAT3000 is NEXCOM’s AIoT smart manufacturing platform, building on the field-proven iAT2000 and designed as a platform-oriented architecture powered by NexVIC Edge and NexVIC Community. It connects devices, data and decisions across the manufacturing enterprise and redefines integration between IT and OT systems.

Platform components and integration
iAT3000 tightly integrates edge computing and community-based data management to go beyond traditional PLC and IoT data acquisition. How it works
Every piece of real-time shop-floor data — including process variables, sensor readings and IPC hardware health and system status — is collected and processed locally by NexVIC Edge, then aggregated and contextualized through NexVIC Community. This enables data to flow across devices, production lines and entire facilities, transforming fragmented information into visual, actionable and scalable insights.
