Featuring fully automated operation with robotic loading/unloading, it enables high-precision automated AA assembly and inspection of multi-element lenses.

Maximum lens FOV support: 90° (130° wide-angle requires MTF camera system replacement);
Nanoscale lithography chart system;
High-precision 6-axis AA system with ±0.1μm accuracy.
