FUNCTION SKF-01A is a compact high-speed tray feeder specially designed for SMT industry assembly machines. It fully conforms to JEDEC standard and meet the requirements of high precision and high repeatability positioning for both thick and thin tray. FEATURE Compatible with thin/thick JEDEC tray without adjustment. Compact structure, small footprint, only 162mm width of feeding area is occupied Empty tray and full tray are loaded into vertical coincidence state, which can minimize the occupation of horizontal format. Only needs less than 5s to supply new tray on conveyor belt with 635mm stroke automatically (exchange time will fluctuate according to the length of conveyor belt). Conveying distance (belt length) can be customized. Microprocessor controlled, feeder can work independently. Repeatable at pick & place position.
