Overview
UniTorq M-Series pneumatic rotary actuators provide modular, serviceable quarter-turn actuation for valves and dampers. Designed for consistent torque delivery, the M-Series supports double-acting and spring-return configurations with a standardized 100° travel and field-adjustable stops.

Features

• Improved travel stop — actuator stops off the pinion rather than the pistons; standard 100° travel with +5°/−5° adjustment; forged steel stop can be machined to custom travel lengths.
• 'Top Hat' thrust bearing design — large pinion bearing surface reduces friction, absorbs side loads and extends pinion seal life.
• Increased tooth engagement — minimum two teeth engaged throughout stroke for predictable torque output and accurate positioning.

• Anodized Type II plus epoxy polyester powder coat
• ANI (high phosphorus nickel impregnated)
