This heat reflective aluminized fiberglass sleeve is perfectly suited to shield industrial grade cables, wires, piping, hydraulic hoses and tubing against radiant heat supplies such as a liquid metal pour stream, glowing steel tab, infrared heaters and other similar elements. Adding to this, it is tested for performance at 3000°F (1650°C) per single minute and its level of reflectivity is a minimum of 90% of the radiant energythat reaches the surface, which in return keeps the inner cables and hoses cool. The aluminum layers will not detach from the cloth even under the most intense heat conditions.
