Vermiculite Coated Fiberglass Tape applications for this product include thermal insulation and/or protection of wires, cables, hoses, pipe and tube, as well as affording energy savings and personnel protection. Vermiculite Coated Fiberglass Tape compared to uncoated fiberglass, vermiculite coated fiberglass provides increased resistance to high temperature, flame, and abrasion. In addition, the vermiculite film helps to seal against gases and liquids. This tape is completely non-flammable.
