Description

Aries1003 – Analyzer for VOC monitoring in emissions from fixed sources, stacks, and gas streams

The industrial PC integrated into the analyzer not only monitors and controls the detector, temperature regulation, and all operating phases, but also performs data acquisition, saving results in an Excel®-compatible format. The Windows Embedded® operating system and advanced software guide and support the user at all times, automatically recording any anomalies with date and time.
The instrument uses a sampling valve with no moving mechanical parts, ensuring greater long-term stability of results and reduced maintenance requirements compared to traditional continuous-flow systems.
Methane analysis is performed using packed columns directly integrated into the instrument’s analysis chamber, eliminating the need for bulky and costly external accessories.
Aries uses a sample aspiration system based on an ejector (no maintenance required). The analyzer is also equipped with sensors to monitor vacuum levels in the sample gas lines; in the event of leaks or excessive contamination buildup, an alarm is triggered.
The analyzers are designed and manufactured in compliance with the following standards:
• EN 12619 and EN 15267-3 – for VOC analysis
• EN 14181 – QAL1
• Legislative Decree No. 152/2006, Part V, Titles I and II
