The 1.5-step injection stretch blow molding method is another of Nissei ASBs unique pioneering technologies that combines the advantages of the Hot Parison 1-step molding method and the strengths of the Cold Parison 2-step molding method to consistently mold high quality bottles directly from the raw material.
The PF3-1BH molds 3 preforms per injection cycle with the single blow mold operating at three times per cycle. This ratio optimizes the cycle of the machine while reducing blow mold cavities for lower investment costs. It is optimized for highest efficiency for heavier weight bottles in the size range of around 2.0L up to a maximum of 6.0L and 146 grams making it ideal for a wide range of one-trip water, edible oil, detergent, and more. For lighter weight bottles, select the PF4-1BH for additional production capacity.
Highly efficient electrical and hydraulic driving systems provide smooth operation with the lowest energy cost per bottle in its class while simplified mold structure ensures rapid mold changing for maximum flexibility in production. A wide range of customizable options further adds to the machine flexibility and efficiency.
Moldable materials include Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET), Recycled PET (RPET), Polyethylene Naphthalate (PEN) and Polylactic Acid (PLA).
