This product is a new concept waterproof screw that incorporates a flat washer in addition to an O-ring under the neck. By securing a sufficient contact surface, the screw can be fastened with a higher axial force without denting the clamped part. In addition, ensuring consistent water sealing performance even if misalignment of fasteners occurs. - The large contact area with the clamped part reduces the risk of denting and enables fastening with higher axial force. - Since the O-ring is positioned on the periphery of the screw head, it is unaffected by misalignment of fasteners. - The flat washer holds the O-ring and prevents it from falling. In addition, by taking place contact surface from rubber to metal, it improves flow of screws on chute rail.
