OverviewThis photon transmission sensor measures electrode coat weight applied to aluminum and copper foil substrates on anode and cathode coating lines. The Photon gauge provides high-accuracy, stable and reliable measurement performance typically better than ±0.05% of actual coating weight, with optics and a very small beam enabling high-resolution visibility and narrow-streak detection.
