Product OverviewPCS-9671 is a compact numerical transformer protection relay designed for two-winding transformers. It supports reactor or stub-bus current differential protection and can be deployed in one-and-a-half breaker schemes. The device implements restraint and unrestraint differential protections and restricted earth-fault protection, with modular hardware, a scalable function library, programmable logic, configurable I/Os and definable LEDs for project-specific schemes. Two fixed LEDs plus 18 configurable 3-color LEDs (Green/Yellow/Red) are provided. The relay supports IEC 61850 station and process bus applications (IEC 61850-8-1 MMS, GOOSE and IEC 61850-9-2 Sampling Value). A front-panel RJ-45 port simplifies testing, setting, commissioning and maintenance.
