Description

Overview
NTE Process offers the Air Pollution Control range: a process-based technology that integrates dust filtration with emission control for industrial pneumatic conveying and process extraction applications. The solution addresses a wide spectrum of acid pollutants (SO2, SO3, HCl, HF), heavy metals (Hg, As) and dioxins in compliance with stringent regulations.

Dry Sorbent Injection (DSI)
The NTE Process DSI solution injects sorbents (e.g. hydrated lime, sodium bicarbonate, trona, activated carbon) from storage silos through dedicated injection lances positioned along the flue. Eco-Lance® injection lances improve sorbent distribution and can reduce sorbent consumption by up to 50%. Options include dosing, milling and conditioning units for sodium bicarbonate/trona and gravimetric micro-dosing with Venturi ejectors for activated carbon.

Ashes and waste handling
NTE Process supplies integrated conveying and handling solutions for ashes and residue streams. Designs include options for filtration at elevated temperatures (above 350 °C) and adapted handling systems.

Filtration
Bag and cartridge filters are engineered for dry filtration of suspended solid particles from pneumatic transport or industrial processes requiring suction and particulate capture. Dust-laden air flows from the outside to the inside of the filter sleeves so particles are intercepted by the media and discharged to the hopper by reverse-jet cleaning. Primary filter cleaning is governed by differential pressure (delta P) to reduce compressed-air use; a time-based mode is available as backup. Construction materials and options include carbon steel and AISI, CE certification and ATEX compatibility.
