Product overview
The NTE Process oil and liquid injection skids are engineered to deliver precise dosing and injection of oils and liquids for process and lubrication applications across multiple industrial sectors. Units are fully engineered to customer specifications and can be adapted for integration with IBCs and bin/silo mixers.

Types

• M535 — weighed and pressurized pneumatic dosing system, suitable where gear pumps are unsuitable due to high pressure, contamination risk or premature wear.
• M538 — double weighing and metering hopper combined with one or two oil injection pumps for continuous or batch feeding.

Operation and mixing
The injection skids can be combined with NTE mixers to ensure uniform distribution. Typical mixers used are the Air Mixer M244 and the Jetmixer M531. When paired with the Liquid Injection Skid M535, the system can inject up to 6 liquids simultaneously, reducing nozzle dust accumulation and avoiding the droplet effect common with conventional injection systems.
