Overview
Wire Processing Center optimizes wire production, reducing processing time by up to 75%. The PWA6000 fully automates cutting to length, stripping, crimping, marking and bundling of wires. The machine features internal automated wire feeding with 12 spools (4 external and 8 internal) and supports an external storage accessory to feed additional wires without using internal spools, reducing spool change time. The machine places ferrules on both ends and marks each end. Finished wires are bundled on adhesive tape in a predefined order to optimize order picking and downstream assembly. The automated prefabrication process is intended to optimize panel wiring and reduce costs.
