The temperature sensors in the KTY81 series have a positive temperature coefficient of resistance and are suitable for use in measurement and control systems. The sensors are encapsulated in the SOD70 2 in-line leads plastic package. Other special selections are available on request. CAUTION This device is sensitive to ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD). Therefore care should be taken during transport and handling.
