The MAXI-Pack from Blister O.M.A.R. is a sealing machine designed to meet the packaging requirements in the pharmaceutical industry. It allows the operator to package capsules and tablets of different sizes with proper facility and ease. The machine seals and codes two blisters per stroke with 90 x 70 mm of diameter. It seals on one side and cut with round angles in one operation. This blister allows a perfect centering of the aluminum foil on the PVC blister and a solid sealing result. The mechanics of this machine generates a pressuer of about 1500 kg that guarantees a durable sealing performance and allows the operator to work efficiently. Furthermore, this product can come with a contributed molds and preformed blisters with internal configuration and external dimensions that exceeds from the O.M.A.R basic formats.
