The Supersealer SS1/SS2 Hot Air Sealers utilizes hot air to continously seal a wide range of bag materials at high speed and efficiency. The advanced airflow, sophisticated controls, and rugged painted or 316 stainless steel construction ensures continous uptime performance in all applications. Using ambient air, no compressed air requirements. By using hot air to seal the bag, there are no consumables with this process. Basically gives customers a low maintence and outstanding return on investment along with the many years of uptime the machine will have. We offer horizontal and vertical sealing systems in stand alone and custom configurations. Our Hot Air sealing systems provide outstanding performance for products of nearly any weight, size and any type Bags such as stand-up, pillow, bags on a wicket, and zippered bags. The Bag Sealers will run up to 100 fpm and will seal materials up to 20+ mils. The Sealer comes with a Motorized Pedestal and stainless steel base with locking casters for an easy bag size changeover, increasing productivity. With a touch of a button, you can change the height of the sealer , no manual labor required. All the sealers are available in right to left or left to right configurations with various options. It runs on 110 volt or 220 volt, it can be plugged into any wall socket It is CE marked and CSA marked Bag Top Trimmers remove excess material from to create clean packages. The trimmer provides fast and crisp cuts. Jet Flow Trim Remover sucks the trim from the Bag Top Trimmer into a mesh bag. - Automatic Infeed creates a smooth automatic transaction into the Supersealer for High Speed Conveyor Systems.
