The Supersealer SB30, our heavy duty high speed sealer, utilizes teflon bands to continously seal a wide range of bag materials at high speed and efficiency. The 316 stainless steel construction in combination with proven band sealing technology and operator frinedly controls ensures continous duty performance in demanding applications. The Supersealer SB30 deliver added sealing power or high-speed output. Common applications are products of any weight that use a gusseted bag, thicker films or high-speed production. Common industries are poultry, meat, fish, animal feed, fertilizer and mulch, soil and stones. We offer horizontal and vertical sealing systems in stand alone and custom configurations. Our Band Sealer sealing systems provide outstanding performance for products of nearly any weight, size and type of bags such as stand-up, pillow, wicketed, and zippered bags. The Bag Sealers will run up to 65fpm and will seal materials up to 20+ mils. The Sealer comes with a Motorized Pedestal and stainless steel base with locking casters, for an easy bag size changeover and increasing productivity. With a touch of a button, you can change the height of the sealer , no manual labor required. All the sealers are available in right to left or left to right configurations with various options. It runs on 110 volt or 220 volt, it can be plugged into any wall socket. It is CE marked and CSA marked. Bag Top Trimmers remove excess material from bags to create clean packages. The trimmer provides fast and crisp cuts. Jet Flow Trim Remover sucks the trim from the Bag Top Trimmer into a mesh bag.
