With a capacity to process 10 tonnes of food waste per year (25-30kg per day) it is suited to cope with the waste from small-scale hotels, cafes, and restaurants.
The ideal location would be in the wash up area of a kitchen, storeroom or covered bin area. The GG10s runs off a standard 13amp plug and requires ventilation to the outside or connection to a suitable waste pipe.
The machine is manufactured of heavy gauge stainless steel and has a manual top loading door, where the food waste is loaded, and a front opening door used to harvest the compost every 10-14 days. An optional deodoriser processes the exhaust air before it is vented into the atmosphere.
