With a capacity to process 30 tonnes of food waste per year (75-90kg per day) the machine would be appropriate for managed residential buildings, restaurants and smaller food manufacturers.
The GG30s requires a three-phase electrical supply and ventilation, similar to the GG10s. If a deodoriser is necessary, a larger one is supplied to cope with the increased capacity.
A colour touch screen controller allows for easy operation and control. The display reports real time humidity levels, oil jacket and tank temperatures.
