Overview
Advanced Systems groups a set of software modules integrated with the IntelliMAX control platform to improve cutting workflow, material utilization and system adaptability. Modules include automatic nesting, extended metadata (XData), scripting for automation and a system monitoring package.

AUTOMATIC NESTING with ProNest®
ProNest provides automatic nesting to arrange parts for optimal material usage and rapid job preparation. Key points:

• Advanced nesting algorithms to maximize material utilization.
• Seamless interoperability with IntelliMAX: import/export of OMX and ORD while retaining XData where applicable.
• Optional enterprise modules: bevel nesting, quoting, plate inventory, work order processing, ERP/MRP integration.
• ProNest LT: subscription-based nesting option for straight-cut machines.

XData - TAKEN TO THE NEXT LEVEL
XData extends drawing entities and tool paths with metadata to control execution and accessories. Typical uses:

• Define pause points and display operator notes on-screen.
• Specify custom cutting speeds for individual entities.
• Control custom accessories (examples: A-Jet, Tilt-A-Jet cutting heads, Rotary Axis).

SCRIPTING - CUSTOMIZING TO YOUR NEEDS
The IntelliMAX scripting environment allows customization and automation across the workflow. Capabilities include:

• Extend LAYOUT and MAKE with custom commands and path modifications.
• Create plugin interfaces, automate repetitive tasks and build bespoke applications.
• Integrated compiler and execution system within IntelliMAX for on-machine operation.

IntelliVISOR - HOLISTIC SYSTEM MONITORING
IntelliVISOR integrates operational controls and maintenance monitoring to increase uptime. Main features:

• Runs alongside other IntelliMAX programs and adapts to site requirements.
• Comprehensive alerting keeps operators informed of machine status to reduce downtime.

Additional notes

• Many Advanced Systems modules are integrated into IntelliMAX and may not require separate purchase.
• Some features are optional depending on machine model and beveling needs (for example ProNest/ProNest LT).
