Product overviewOxygen pressure vessels are purpose-designed tanks for the safe storage of compressed oxygen. Vessel volume is selected based on compressor capacity and site-specific oxygen demand. External anticorrosion protection is provided by either industrial painting or hot-dip galvanizing to ensure long service life in industrial environments.

VITROFLEX internal treatmentVITROFLEX is a thermohydraulic internal treatment applied as an alternative to traditional vitrification. It is suitable for receivers used in food and medical processes subject to Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 where high interior cleanliness is required (e.g. oxygen receivers). Process: internal sandblasting (SA 2.5) and phosphating; rinse with deionized water and drying; epoxy resin applied by spray; oven curing at 240°C for 1.5 hours. Each VITROFLEX-treated tank is supplied with documentation certifying suitability for food process applications.
