Product overviewO2 SKID is a skid-mounted oxygen generation station built on the Air+ compressed air SKID platform. It integrates compressed air preparation and PSA oxygen production modules to deliver oxygen on demand for industrial applications.
PSA technologyThe O-GEN series uses Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) to extract oxygen from ambient air. Compressed and treated air passes through molecular sieve beds that adsorb nitrogen and other gases while allowing oxygen to be delivered as product gas. Adsorbed gases are vented during depressurization and the beds are purged prior to the next cycle. O-GEN generators employ paired molecular sieve beds that alternate adsorption and regeneration to ensure continuous oxygen flow; with correct maintenance the sieve beds offer an extremely long service life.
