Product description
Shackles GN 585.2 enable detachable connections of chains, ropes, straps or belts and secure them to appropriate anchoring points. Typical uses include angle limiters, anti-loss devices, barriers, suspended signs, splash guards and as tensioning or bracing elements.
Design and application
The twisted design links two mounting holes offset by 90° and, for short chains, prevents unintended twisting of chain links. Commercial version shackles must not be used for lifting operations as defined by applicable machinery regulations.
Material version
The stainless steel (A4) version is intended for use in particularly corrosive environments.
