Overview
The electromechanical 2-post lift SMART LIFT 2.35 SL OTTO with spindle drive and OTTO support arms offers a 3500 kg load capacity and a triple safety system. Designed for continuous daily use in busy professional workshops, it features a low minimum height and adjustable installation width for flexible integration. The cable connection between columns can be routed in the floor or via an adjustable overhead cable bridge.

Support arms
The OTTO support arm set combines a long single telescopic double-jointed arm and a short double-telescopic arm to cover a wide range of vehicle sizes and weight classes, allowing access to low lifting points and larger vehicles such as SUVs.

Operation and safety
The spindle carrying-nut system uses a rotating spindle and a low-wear lifting nut made of Nylatron®. A secondary safety nut beneath the main nut provides additional protection. Arms are secured by an automatic locking device and the lifting nut includes a visible optical wear-check for user inspection.

Construction and finish
Columns and support arms are welded in dedicated facilities, shot-peened and finished with a grey powder coat (RAL 7016) to ensure long-term protection against dirt and weather.

Scope of delivery
Lift with adjustable cable bridge, asymmetrical telescopic OTTO arms, 4 turntables fixed in the arm, CE-Stop; energy set available as option: E-Set (230 V / compressed air) in the control column.

Installation requirements
Foundation: 200 mm C20/25 standard reinforcement; 12 dowels (BM12-20/80/40 depending on foundation, see manual). Electrical connection: 3 Ph, N + PE, 400 V, 50 Hz, 16 A slow fuse. Compressed air connection required for energy set option. Unloading and installation preparations required.
