CUP-LOCK SCAFFOLDING SYSTEM The System ts used as a working scaffolding and as a carrier scaffolding under the floor and beam. It consists of vertical and horizontal éléments. The connection points consist of top cup, bottom cup and paddle TS EN 74-3 œrtrfied base and head jacks are used to balance the floor and the bottom of the Fomnwork. TS EN 12810-1 certificated Cup-Lock vertical éléments are produced as standard 48*3.0 mm and horizontal éléments are made of 48 * 2.5 mm TSE certified industrial tubes. Robotic cutting, dnlling and weiding processes are applied in our production. The Steel products are deaned with sandblasbng before oven painting because of the industrial Chemical al. Upon request, our products can be hot dip galvanized accordmg to TS 914 EN ISO 1461 standards.
