Overview
Power relay 200A, 400A and 600A intended for electric vehicle applications to isolate the control circuit from the power circuit. Ideal as a main cutoff on an electric motorcycle, electric boat, electric kart or any system requiring separation of the power circuit.

Operation
The relay is a high-current contactor allowing currents up to 200A, 400A or 600A depending on the chosen version. The control coil can be powered by DC within a range compatible with 48V/52V/60V/72V systems.

Coil and voltage specifications
The control coil can be supplied between 40V and 84–85V DC. According to the product page: the relay closes from 43V DC (suitable for 48V, 52V, 60V, 72V batteries) and closes automatically if the voltage drops below 7V DC.

Mounting and connections
The relay is normally mounted in series on the positive terminal between the controller and the battery. Identified connections:

• 1: Connect to battery positive terminal
• 2: Relay power output. Connect to controller positive terminal
• A1: Coil positive (+), minimum +40V DC
• A2: Coil ground (GND)
