The tape caster is a compact, continuous system for casting ceramic tape on coated PET-film. It is equipped with a state-of-the-art Doctor blade to achieve both the thinnest and the thickest application. A customized range of equipment length allows an easy modification from a shorter model to a longer one for mass production. Drying both by heating pads and heated air ensures an even coating surface with up to 0.5 µm accuracy.
