The system’s proprietary control software combined with the state-of-the-art motion control system ensures printing accuracy of ± 5 µm. PTC’s Screen Printer design allows single print or double print with a self-adjusting squeegee leveling system. Four guide shafts stand on a base plate to support the screen frame. The stage can be adjusted and locked in X, Y, and Theta directions using high-precision cameras. The printing area is enclosed as the machine is being operated.
