Accurately cut sheets are loosely and precisely stacked on top of each other on an output tray. An operator removes the stacked sheets and transfers them to the downstream processes such as cover sheet preparation or any process requiring individual sheets such as screen printing, via forming, stacking or lamination. The loading of input rolls into the machine is guided by laser for optimal alignment of the tape during setup, making the operator job simple. A mechanism with proprietary design automatically peels off the Mylar from the cast tape without damaging the delicate ceramic tape which could be from 20uM to 500uM thick. The Peeler-Blanker works with variety of Mylar film thicknesses from 35 to 125uM.
