Increase your welding output by up to three times. TAWERS combines the robot, robot controller, welding power source and servo wire feeder in one fully integrated system. Powered by Panasonic’s unique fusion technology, a single CPU synchronizes all components, enabling precise process control, faster communication and consistent welding results. The system uses the single CPU to synchronize all components, eliminating delays and ensuring optimal welding performance for MIG, MAG, CO2, and DC TIG applications

• Integrated Control: The fully synchronized control is allowing precise adjustments to torch position and welding parameters in real time
• Advanced Welding Functions: Includes SP-MAG, lift start and lift end, automatic wire distance control, welding data monitoring, and collision detection
• The system supports argon-rich low-slag welding for clean, precise welds, saving time and reducing costs
• User-Friendly Interface: All settings are managed via a Windows-based teaching pendant, simplifying programming and operation without needing separate controls for the power source
• The Programming can be carried out offline, without interrupting production.

• Robot arms with reach lengths ranging from 841 to 2,011 mm and payload capacities from 4 to 8 kg. Integrated handling robots offer reach lengths of up to 3,150 mm and payload capacities of up to 210 kg.
• The concept includes additional features such as the mentioned handling robots, but also automated weld quality inspection, positioners, fixtures, and more.
