Impregnation machine TUNNEL 400 x 600

Universal impregnating machine for timbers and construction wood: it's perfect to impregnate and coloring wood, matchboards and laminated or solid beams up to 400 X 600 mm (unlimited length) thanks to the spray system and 9 motorized brushes. TUNNEL 600 is provided with an essential mechanical, in addition it is user-friendly and easy to clean. It can be used both for a small production with an unusual color, as well as for big industrial works. The brushes and traction rollers, the only elements which touch the timber, are accessible with no need to disassemble them, while the electrical and mechanical parts are isolated from the impregnation area thanks to the seals and rubber bulkheads. The machine is able to apply oils, water-based primers and solvent based coatings for matchboardings and beams treatment (on 4 sides) used to build wooden houses and roofs. TUNNEL 600 impregnation system is composed by a powerful pump which sprays and atomizes the primer on the wood surface through 20 nozzles. After that there are 9 motorized brushes which performe the finishing stage.
