Impregnation machine LA PERLINA

The impregnating machine "La Perlina" is a compact machine that automatically colors and impregnates matchboards of any thickness, width and length with no wastage or blots. It is able to impregnate, in less than 3 meters length, over 800 linear meters per hour of matchboarding, wooden profiles, solid and laminated wood beams up to 120 mm x 240 mm. The impregnation process starts by introducing the wood into the machine: 2 motorized rollers move the timber under the 8 nozzles jet which apply water based or solvent-based primers or oils for exotic woods (deck). The timber then moves towards penels, rollers in sponge and compressed air nozzles that clean up the product excess. The finishing treatment is finally perfomed by the motorized brushes placed at the end of the machine. The matchboard comes out nearly dry thanks to the 2 fans driven by a turbine.
