Operating principleInternal rotating paddles fitted with wear-resistant flexible rubber strips create sealed, rotating voids that convey waste from the feed-in chute into the conveying duct. The rubber strips flex to allow oversized pieces to pass without compromising the conveying air stream. Capacity is calculated from paddle section volume and rotation speed and is typically specified with a safety margin to handle sudden overloads.
Fan and conveying optionsFan placement can be configured according to waste type: before the feed-in points for fine waste and dust or downstream with a chopper fan to reduce particle size prior to separation.
