Overview
Paramount Waste Extraction supplies industrial solutions to mitigate static charge in conveying airstreams and to manage sticky, adhesive-backed waste from trims and labels. Systems are designed to reduce material adherence inside extraction ductwork and improve operational reliability and extraction efficiency.

Static
Static electricity may be introduced intentionally in printing or converting processes or generated by unreeling and friction on moving plastics. Static causes waste to cling to separation screens, collect in drop chutes or adhere to duct internals. Paramount’s solution dissipates static within the conveying airstream using a dual water and compressed-air mixing head that atomises water into the duct airflow. Multiple nozzle sizes and adjustable mixture settings allow tailoring to different duct geometries and flow conditions. Units are designed for straightforward retrofit to existing systems following simple installation guidelines.

Sticky Waste
For adhesive-backed trims and sticky labels, Paramount engineers custom pickup hoods and duct components finished with specialised non-stick coatings to minimise adhesion and blockages. An oil-air mist system can be installed at the waste pickup point—available as a turnkey package or as a retrofit—that applies a fine oil-and-water mist to contact areas, preventing sticky material from adhering and reducing cleaning-related downtime.
