Overview
Miniature ball screw assemblies are precision mechanical assemblies designed to convert rotary motion into linear motion with low friction and high repeatability. Miniature Ball Screw Assemblies by PBC Linear use precision-rolled 1050 steel screw shafts and are offered with cylindrical, flanged or externally threaded cylindrical nuts for straightforward installation in compact automation and precision motion systems. The assemblies feature a multi-liner ball return for smooth recirculation, optional preload for increased rigidity and polymer wipers to reduce debris ingress for extended service life.
