OverviewMiniature ball screw assemblies by PBC Linear convert rotary motion to precise linear motion with low friction and high repeatability. Assemblies combine precision-rolled 1050 steel screw shafts with recirculating-ball nuts. Available screw diameters: 6 mm, 8 mm and 10 mm; lead options: 1 mm, 2 mm and 2.5 mm. Nut configurations include cylindrical, flanged and externally threaded cylindrical designs. Optional preload, multi-liner ball return and polymer wipers improve rigidity, lead accuracy and contamination resistance for compact motion systems.
