OverviewSteel Rail Standard linear guides combine U-shaped ground steel linear rails with high-strength aluminum carriages fitted with 3–5 steel cam rollers (concentric and eccentric). The rail defines the fixed track; the carriage (slider) supports and guides the moving load. Concentric rollers bear the load; eccentric rollers enable adjustment to remove play, ensuring smooth, controlled motion.
Design features- High-strength aluminum carriage bodies for lightweight, rigid support
- 3–5 steel cam rollers per carriage (concentric and eccentric types for load-bearing and play adjustment)
- U-shaped ground steel linear rails for precise guidance and repeatability
Lubrication & contamination protection- Integrated oil-soaked felt wipers supply continuous lubrication to raceways
- Scraper blade removes debris and contaminants to protect rolling surfaces in harsh environments
Mounting & customization- Rails available with counterbore mounting (flat-bottom holes for thin-head screws that sit flush or below the surface)
- Option for countersunk mounting (angled holes for tapered screws that sit fully flush) via configuration
Performance & applications- Adjustable preload to increase rigidity and stability
- Maximum dynamic capacity: 19,650 N
- Low friction combined with high rigidity — suitable for compact, high-speed automation, material handling and robotics
- Rail lengths available up to 3,200 mm
