This small acrylic bending machine uses infrared radiation released by quartz tube heating to efficiently transfer heat energy to the acrylic board, making it soft and easy to bend quickly. It’s compact in size, easy to operate, and has outstanding bending efficiency. Machine Features 1.The bending angle is adjustable from 0–160°, the baffle length from 40–330mm, and the heating width from 0–20mm, ensuring standardized product production and meeting batch production requirements. 2.Utilizes far-infrared tubes for heating and incorporates an internal water circulation system for efficient cooling. 3.Reaches up to 600°C for quick shaping. For boards ≤5mm thick, the temperature controller can be set to maximum for fast heating, with a bending time of just 15 seconds for 3mm plates. 4.The heating width is adjustable to match the acrylic board's thickness, ranging from 0–20 mm. 5.Far-infrared quartz tubes provide a service life of up to 5000 hours. 6.The compact design requires only table space. 7.Overload protection ensures user safety.
