Machine Introduction Perfect Laser's auto ultra-thin glass cutter offers precision & efficiency. Equipped with 50x-200x dual-CCD positioning, it ensures accurate cuts. High-quality imported parts & intelligent software optimize paths for high yield. User-friendly, it requires no technical skills, ideal for seamless ultra-thin glass cutting. Machine Features The automatic glass cutter machine is rigorously aged to ensure a deformation-free, precisely parallel worktable. A Grade 0, 200mm-thick marble worktable with ±0.02mm flatness control provides a stable cutting foundation. The cutting head, with 360-degree rotation and up-and-down cutting, paired with a Japanese servo motor, cuts straight and special-shaped glass accurately, efficiently, and stably. The machine, equipped with imported U.S. Galil control card and Japanese SMC pneumatic proportional valve, operates stably and durably, quickly adjusting gas flow and pressure for cutting quality. A high-precision dual-CCD positioning system, with electronic lens, LCD display, and optical magnifier, accurately detects and positions the cutting path. The CNC glass cutter automatically adjusts cutting knife pressure for fast, accurate, and stable cutting, enhancing quality during shape glass cutting. The software supports flexible cutting dimension combination and sequencing, automatically generating optimal plans and allowing manual adjustments for improved material utilization. Application: Used in construction, automotive, electronics, furniture, and home decor industries. Cuts ultra-thin OGS process glass, OLED, display, photoelectric, liquid crystal, mobile phone, and touch screen glass.
