A Grade 0, 200mm-thick marble worktable with ±0.02mm flatness control provides a stable cutting foundation.
The cutting head, with 360-degree rotation and up-and-down cutting, paired with a Japanese servo motor, cuts straight and special-shaped glass accurately, efficiently, and stably.
The machine, equipped with imported U.S. Galil control card and Japanese SMC pneumatic proportional valve, operates stably and durably, quickly adjusting gas flow and pressure for cutting quality.
A high-precision dual-CCD positioning system, with electronic lens, LCD display, and optical magnifier, accurately detects and positions the cutting path.
