Overview
The CNC end milling machine WLS is designed to perform specific end milling operations on PVC profile heads. This machining produces an innovative 90° angle coupling for window frames, reproducing the traditional wooden-frame corner joint. The result improves aesthetics and removes the need for manual cleaning on the finished side, as the joint is completed after the standard welding operation.

Operation
Profiles are clamped in pairs in two dedicated clamps and machined as the vertical and horizontal members of the frame. Different machining types are handled by a series of shaped tools stored in a dedicated tool magazine. The machine can perform end machining on both the internal and external sides of the window according to production requirements.
