Overview
Automatic single-head welding machine WM1 designed for welding profiles at a fixed 90° and at variable angles from 40° to 180°. Ideal for PVC profiles. The WM1 integrates heated knives, a fusion plate with automatic temperature control via a digital thermoregulator and a PLC that manages the complete welding cycle (heating, melting and cooling). Standard weld bead thickness: 0.2 mm; melt depth: 3 mm per welded side. Optional counter-blocks available.
